There is a wonderful library of tools useful in cracking classical ciphers available at rumkin.com. This is typically the first place I go when trying to solve a puzzle that involves cracking a cipher.

Most of the bugs that caused ePeterso1 to go haywire have been corectted in ePeterso2.

  3. Hi I’m trying to solve a geocache puzzle and this one has me stumped. The hint is: three to one. any help would be greatly appreciated.
